Step 2 : Business Details

Step 3 : Tax Details

Step 4 : PCORI Selection and Policy Selection

Under the Form 720 option in Part 2, select the PCORI option. Choose the type of policy and the number of lives covered. The website will automatically calculate and populate the tax amount        

Step 5 : IRS Payment

Once all the above steps are completed, you will be navigated to the payment page.  You can select your preferred payment option: either Electronic Funds Withdrawal (direct debit) or EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System).
